Picture It Framed: professional presentations for fiber art

  • Course
  • 28 Lessons

UPGRADE YOUR ART by learning professional presentation options for textiles. Award winning artist, Lyric Kinard shows you a wide variety of mounting and framing options through crisp and clear video as well as written instructions. Learn which factors to consider when choosing how to present your work in the best possible light that the general public will immediately understand as "ART!"

From a happy student:

"I just purchased Picture It Framed and must tell you it answers my prayers in terms of professional presentation of small works with a great variety of options all in one place. You have saved me so much time in searching for how to make my art stand out and have made the "how to" accessible and non-intimidating. I'll share a photo or two when I've used your methods so you can enjoy how you helped a mixed media artist who uses fabric/quilting as components of her work - make it gallery-worthy." Laurie Crino

How Does This Course Work?

This course is an online on-demand workshop. You will need an internet connection to stream each video.

Each lesson includes space for you to share your pictures and get feedback from your classmates. The more you contribute, the livelier class will be. Lyric will pop in to give feedback on each picture posted. This platform provides a safe space for a lively and sharing creative community to explore without judgement and competition.

Just like in a live classroom, you'll be able to see your fellow students work and discuss how things are going. You'll get encouragement and instruction from Lyric on all the work you post.
